DescriptionThis documentary takes a look at the life and work of Jorge Negrete, the beloved Mexican film star known as "The Singing Cowboy." Footage of some of Mexico's biggest film stars of the 1930s, 40s, and 50s--including Cantinflas, Pedro Infante, María Félix (who was Negrete's wife), Luis Aguilar, and more--are shown saying goodbye to Negrete in between clips from his films.
